Psalms 23:1-6  (This inspired Psalms of David can be for everyone.)  
 
" The Lord is my shepherd " This is why I feel so protected each morning as my family pray and I leave home, and made it back home safely, functioning with the humility of a sheep.
 
" I shall not want " I came to the realization that there is no need to have the mentality of wanting, because, God in some way or another always provide to meet the need of my family.
 
" He maketh me to lie down in green pastures " understanding, green pastures mean, fresh, green, grass. So, that is why I feel like new blessings are following me around, God is always providing fresh provisions for me, I take not my blessings for granted.
 
" He leadeth me beside the still waters " God always seems to help me avoid a lot of confusion, and serious trouble. Still waters means no anxiety, I find that in my heart, I just want to get along with everyone in peace, especially at home, to God be the glory.
 
" He restoreth my soul " Many times Satan tries to quench my inner spirit with situations to make me feel down, but even without the help of anyone, some how I get renewed within, just like Job, God keep me uplifted in my spirit to deal with situations.
 
" He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake " This blessing of God always put a smile on my face, to know that He won't allow Satan to destroy me as I travel my life journey. As I become more, and more sheep-like daily, I find myself thinking more on good, and positive things. I don't find myself lusting after the sinful things of this world, always quickly dismissing sinful thoughts. Thank you Heavenly Father.
 
" Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me " Realizing always what a mighty God we served, and the enormous almighty powers He has to even allow the Hebrews children to cross through the red sea away from the hands of Pharaoh. Give me much comfort as I leave my family every day to go to work, with so many news of killings everywhere, that He will protect me, and my family. We know that our God is always with us wherever we are, and His rod, and staff, the Holy Bible keep us out of trouble.
 
" Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies " It is so wonderful to know that even when some people function with jealousy, and act as if they don't like me, my God blessings on my life never stop, I have a roof over my head, and food is always on my table in view of the haters. They cannot understand why my family, and I are so happy while they cannot hide their sadness. We still pray for God to bless them.
 
" Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over " Spiritually speaking, we all are functioning on different spiritual altitude like the planes in the sky flying at different altitude. Not everyone in the congregation is on the same spiritual altitude, and so individually we have to thank God for our spiritual increases as we grow strong in the Lord. Not everyone head is anointed, that is why David said, my head. When God truly touch the life of anyone, the feeling of the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life can be felt like it is too much, the spiritual cup is over flowing. I embrace mine, because it humbled me before God.
 
" Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: " What a wonderful blessing to know that all my life, I was not the one writing the script of my life journey. If it was, I probably would not make it now to be seventy three years old. To God be the glory forever. Blessed is anyone that allow the Almighty God to lead them in their life journey, and trust in him to direct their steps. Wherever I am, I am confident that God goodness and mercy is with me, because it never stop following me around, and I love it.
 
" And I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever " That is my heart desire, to serve God for the rest of my life, even if it is not in the same church, because it is not about a building. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Dwell in the guidance of God's Holy words, live by the word, walk, and talk by the inspired word will always keep us under the umbrella of our Almighty God. The house is the recognition of God presence at all times, and being sheep-like in our obedience to him. We have to give our whole heart, mind, and body to him.
